Sometimes you just want the creamiest comfort food you can think of. This coleslaw is so delicious AND Keto-friendly.
It’s super simple and you can whip it together in no time flat! Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 avocado mayonnaise
2tbsp chipotle avacado mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk or regular full fat milk
Juice from 1 lemon
6 drops Greenleaf Stevia
1/2 head of shredded purple cabbage
1 Fuji apple shredded
Mix sauce in mason jar with a handheld immersion blender or in a food processor. Toss the dressing with the shredded cabbage and apple and enjoy!
