my name is jenna lynn colbaugh. i currently live in Cincinnati OH, although i was born and raised in Pittsburgh pa. i am a graphic designer with a breadth in marketing conceptualization. according to my degrees, i graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in biomedical and mechanical engineering. however, according to my nature i live and breathe design.

Maria Emmerich is a wellness expert in nutrition and exercise physiology. She shares a passion for helping others reach their goals of optimal health. She struggled with her weight throughout childhood and decided enough was enough.
