Clean Ranch Dressing

For the Clean Eating Ranch Dressing Recipe, use all organic ingredients unless otherwise instructed ½ cup Kalona Cottage Cheese (or any grass-fed) 2/3 cup Kalona Sour Cream (or any grass-fed) 1 teaspoon onion powder (or 2 tbsp diced onion) 1 teaspoon dried dill 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 sprig fresh chopped) 1/2 teaspoon dried chives (or 1 tbsp fresh chopped) 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt 4 capfuls garlic juice 2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup coconut crystals vinegar or any organic white vinegar 1/4 tsp white pepper to taste Directions: Put all ingredients into blender and blend until creamy. Homemade Mayonnaise

Homemade Mayonnaise Ingredients: 4 egg yolks 1 egg 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp white pepper 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/3 cup olive oil 2/3 cup coconut oil (liquid) Directions: Combine egg yolks and egg in food processor and blend. Keep the processor blending while adding dijon mustard, sea salt, garlic powder, white pepper and lemon juice. After lemon juice is added, taste the mixture and season accordingly. Start the blending process again and start to very slowly add in the oil. It is extremely important to slowly add in the oils otherwise the egg yolk and oil will not mix. Store the mayonnaise in an air-tight jar and keep refrigerated.

Clean Eating Recipe: Coconut Oil Mayonnaise

Coconut Oil Mayonnaise 4 eggs yolks (room temperature) 2 tbsp + 2 tsp macadamia nut oil 1 1/2 c cold-pressed, unrefined coconut oil 2 tbsp + 2 tsp white wine vinegar lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon) garlic salt + salt (to taste, I use a total of about 1 tsp of both salts combined) In food processor, add egg yolks, blend. After completely processed, with processor still running, stream in macadamia nut oil slowly. After blended add in coconut oil (1/2 c at a time), blending. Recipe: Mushroom Gravy

Mushroom Gravy 1 quart of mushrooms, cleaned and dried 2 tbsp of grass fed butter or ghee 1 cup Snowville Whipping Cream garlic salt, garlic pepper bourbon smoked paprika, to taste 1 tbsp organic corn starch (or other organic thickener) Sautee mushrooms in butter or ghee. Add garlic pepper, garlic salt, and paprika. When mushrooms are golden, add 1 cup of full fat snowville whipping cream. Stir on medium heat until bubbly. In the mean time, make a paste out of cornstarch and water. Add to gravy mixture until you get the right consistency. Serves 10. As I mentioned on Tuesday night’s podcast, the mayonnaise on grocery store shelves are filled with food additives and unhealthy fats. As a result, I always make my own mayonnaise. I’ve received several requests for my recipe, so here it is! Enjoy!
