This is an update on my Keto vitamin C smoothie.
I added a few more ingredients making it smoother and even more nutritious and delicious 🙂
1 cup each: Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, frozen spinach
1 whole avocado
One can native forest organic coconut milk (full fat for Keto)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Juice from half 1 lemon
8 scoops collagen powder
1 tbsp Açaí powder, Maca powder, & Camu Camu powder
3 tbsp KakaduPlum powder
Blend until smooth. Add water for desired consistency. Store in tightly sealed jar’s for one week.
